1. I take one commission at a time, I prefer working 1 on 1 with my clients as to make sure I don't overwork or burn myself out.
2. Please provide a clear ref or detailed description of your character.
(pinterest boards, picrews, or any sort of collage of images are a welcome source of reference!
3. Communication is key!
When describing your commission, please give me as much detail as needed. Unless you give me full creative control over your piece.
Also if for any reason you don't like what I did with your commission, please let me know!
4. if you message me about an opening and later fail to respond within 24 hours, your commission will be forfeit
5. I will only accept changes during the Sketching Phase. Once we enter the Lining and Coloring Phase is when I will charge an extra $5. (I will only take up to 3 changes)
6. If you request an add on of any kind after the initial discussion was had and I have already started your commission, it will be revoked.
(However, if I haven't started and you request an add on, depending on how much you ask I will follow through with your request.)
7. I will only issue refunds if I feel like I can't finish your piece properly or you change your mind during the Sketching Phase.
(Partial refunds will be granted if I get to a certain point in your commission and I fail to finish for any reason. You will be refunded the appropriate amount according to how much has been finished.)
8. If you request something that falls under my 'Won't Draw' section and you insist that I do so without any compromise, you will be refunded your money and promptly blocked.
9. Please be patient with me
I work preferably with no deadlines, and turn around times may vary.
However, I try to aim to get pieces done within 3 weeks.
(If I go over that rough deadline, I will either request your patience or provide a full refund.)
